Q: Hallo ich habe einen e Roller am 18 11 20 bestellt seit dem 7.12.20 steht er irgendwo und der Transport steht still. Die Lieferzeit beträgt etwa 45 Tage mit der Weile dauert es schon länger als 60 Tage wo liegt das Problem. Ich habe bei UPS nachgefragt und die haben mir gesagt das der Versand seit dem 7.12.20 steht. Ich weiß nicht warum und hätte mal eine konkrete Lösung für das Problem.
