Martin Crossfire most likely. Description states a transmission range of about 80 m. :-) Actually there is no compatibility with common radio or fpv video systems. It is all just WiFi (toy grade, but certainly fun to play around for the price).

Shaun Let's check the obvious things first. You should be holding the on button down for at least 3 seconds (maybe 5) when turning on and off. And what battery are you using? Maybe it's under voltage? The transmitter requires between 6V-15V.
