Andy Hello, the power supply has a well-rectified output voltage and low noise. The entrance is securely protected by a fuse. I don't know if it also has a varistor? The power is probably lower than the one given, because the load of 3.5A causes strong heating of the power supply.

Q: Is there a polarity for the relay coil? Thank you!

BG101054812 there is no polarity, but you need to add a diode if you will use it with arduino to protect your GPIOs
