Q: Does this have diff locks?

Gav092 It's permanently locked the thing isn't held back by open centre diff problems.

Q: can this be converted to 4 wheel steer? Meaning can the rear axle be changed out for the front axle or it’s components? if so,what is the item number and how much?

Gav092 Yea grab two of those cheap billet diffs for the SCX10, two front diffs then worry about the fiddly stuff.

Plug and play no issues at all. Press and hold the little black button on the ESC and the bind button at the same time before first use otherwise you'll think it's a dud.

Gav092 Cheaper to buy new one or at least buy an FY03 or a wltoys 10428 in fact that's what I recommend.
