BG571713448 Wouldyou recommend this as a first plane for a beginner or is there a better option?

This Eachine Mini Cessna is going to be another keeper ;-) Like all of these Factory Planes it requires a bit of adjustment on the Elevator Control Linkage to make it less twitchy. That is an easy adjustment. The Plane is a bit Tail Heavy so some weight will need to be added to the Nose to get the CG just right. That's a very easy fix. I've had it out for (2) Test Flight Sessions so far and after some Mechanical Adjustment on the Trim I'm ready to take it back out for it's final Test Flight before I post my conclusion. So far, I'm very happy with the performance of this Plane ;-) I looks like another great little Bush Plane I'll be flying often. See you in the Air! Ground Control RC

Q: What is the part number of the screw pin? It's not CX001. I bought the CX001 screw pin per the part number in the manual but it is too small in diameter to fit the threaded hole in this prop shaft.

Q: What is the DSM2 mode used for (under Setup->External RF)? It seems only the MULT mode binds with Spektrum receivers.

Q: How do I increase the range? I'm using MULT mode and DSM type. The range is absolutely terrible.

blowyflyrc yes the range is very bad and firmware is very very old. I gave up on mine and brought a radiomaster TX16S
