Datman I have no instructions, then I can't know the functions of a long press of the switch :( So, I can only imagine a function is channels select, another the sensitivity and another the AGC on/off. AGCjQuery19109104712058148189_1605391736810? It is an oxymoron for any "meter"! It lets suppose that this device would be a light gadget, instead of a VUmeter! I also don't know the LEDs step: usually it is 3dB or similar, but this seems to be a linear meter.
Datman In my meter red and black wires were wrong! Look at the PCB.

Datman I see a 8-pin chip. It shouldn't be there. I think it is an external Flash, because the receiver chip doesn't have an internal one.
