BG404321399 it'seasier to connect using an android than a iphone... if you're using an android, unfortunately, sometimes you need to reset the robot connection and pair it again.

It's early to know if the vacuum cleaner does the job, but it's working fine for now. The Blitzwolf customer support is quite bad. After unboxing, I wasn't able to connect to the robot vacuum thru the official app. After trying everything that refers on the help info, decided to contact the support team and until now I still haven't received any reply (3 days and counting)... figured out the solution myself, after trying to connect with a different mobile phone and making all the same steps (!!!)
