Steve An internal battery is EVEN MORE weight hanging out off the front of your face. You WANT that? NOT ME. I have VR D2 goggles with battery behind my head, and there couldn't be a better spot for it. The battery weight there counteracts some of the weight out front. Not to mention that with an external battery you can have a 2nd or 3rd charged battery ready to go! Settle down and think before you type that silliness.

Steve The remote control is definitely NOT IR...it is a 2.4 GHz digital RF, just like virtually everything these days (everything that doesn't come from a local department store).

Steve Youneed to read the listing details. It isn't sold with a battery or remote. If you don't read the details of what you're buying you'll be disappointed 9 times out of 10. So it doesn't make sense for to give it a low rating when you got exactly what you were supposed to get.
