It's not a 2Mpixel microscope . I can't have resolution more than 640*480pixels. I'm quite disappointed.

I ordered a Xiaomi Pro Notebook i7. Banggood shipped a Xiaomi Pro Notebook i5. The i5 is a cheaper, slower, less capable product. Banggood have provided no explanation or apology and are still trying, after many emails, to claim that the i5 is worth almost the same as the i7 I ordered (because the i7 was offered at a discount price). It is difficult to believe that Banggood shipped a product with a different Barcode, SKU number and product label without knowing they were substituting an inferior item. For several years Banggood has been an honest supplier and have earned my trust, so this is very disturbing. Perhaps when someone else reads this and takes it to their supervisor or manager it will shake it loose of the endless, frustrating loop in which my emails and explanations result in the same reply as if I had typed nothing. When I asked that a supervisor or manager reviewed my emails I got, yet again, the same response. The Xiaomi Pro Notebook is a great product. It is a shame that it has to get such a low rating as the only way to get attention. The Chinese-only language caused difficulty. I had to get another product key because Microsoft would not activate using the key supplied, which they said is valid only for the Chinese version. The Xiaomi Pro Notebook is a rugged, high quality, very professional product.
