Q: is this plain ready to fly. or to be bind?

Mark Almost ready to fly (ARF) as you need to purchase your own receiver and transmitter unless you have both already that will fit this aircraft, and you will need a battery 1s too , not sure here whether you need an ESC as the advert is a bit vague on that. Hope this helps

too early to tel. the last product, similar, i mest up the polarity. & sizled it, my fault. grin.. apart from that un,till i sizled it ,it worked very/ extramly well. i was inprest, !.
