SteveSi Are you connecting it to a VA meter? If so you may have connected the 0v thin black wire which is incorrect. Adjust current by only connecting battery powered DVM. If using a VA meter, do not connect the thin black wire. Pots are multi-turn - you must keep adjusting until you hear it click.

SteveSi It means the white and blue wires in the plug have been swapped over! 1=Blue, 2=White, 3=Green, 4=Black, 5=Red - THIS IS CORRECT WIRING. I have same issue and swapping over white and blue fixed it!
