Shirley This adapter is designed for M.2 SATA drives that use the B key configuration. Drives with the B+M key should also work, but they will operate at SATA speed rather than PCIe x2 speed.

Shirley Opens up just fine for me. You need a program that can open .RAR files; that is not a format that Windows handles natively. I recommend the free 7-Zip: www.7-zip.org

Q: How to assemle it? How to connect the fans to power?

Shirley Although there are no instructions included, the assembly is easy to figure out. There are twelve identical screws in the package; eight fasten the fans to the top plate, and the other four hold the case together. They have hex socket heads; use the Allen wrench that comes with the case. Step 1: secure the fans. When you receive the case they're already in the correct position but they are not screwed down. Insert the screws through the fan and into the top plate. Step 2: put the silicone heat transfer pads on the bottom side of the top plate. There are two wide pads and one narrow one, and there are two wide protrusions and one narrow one from the top plate. Peel the protective paper from one side of each pad and stick it to the top plate. Then peel the protective paper from the other side of each pad. Step 3: put the Pi on the bottom plate. The board should be face up. There are four screw slots on the bottom plate, one pair at the end and the other pair in the middle. The screw holes in the Pi should line up with the four screw slots, with the end with the USB ports hanging over the part of the plate that is beyond the slots. Step 4: put the top plate on and secure it with the four remaining screws. The top plate won't cover the entire Pi; the USB and Ethernet jacks remain uncovered. Look at the pictures above to see how it all fits together. Insert the screws from the bottom and screw them into the top plate. Step 5: plug the fan header into the GPIO
