czomii It must have been badly configured or there was too many junk files. Probably there were not installed some drivers and updates.

Achei o designer da caneta muito elegante e fácil de manusear, não tive dificuldade para usá-la. Os materiais vieram como dizia a descrição, tudo certinho. Os filamentos realmente vieram 4 com 10m. Bem, o tempo de entrega: o que se prometia no Envio internacional dos EUA era entregar entre 10 á 30 dias, já na data de previsão constava 45 dias. Chegou alguns dias depois dá data de previsão por causa dos correios. Mas, fora isso eu fiquei muito feliz por tê-la. Gostei muito, obrigada por vendê-la.

Sabe as cores vieram como eu queria, só senti falta de uma cor: a transparente, mas fora isso, nenhuma reclamação. Chegou bem conservado e uns dias antes do prazo de entrega. Pensei que iria demorar a chegar por causa dos Correios, mas veio rapidinho. Muito bom mesmo. Recomendo.
