Q: Temperature sensor calibration: Mine only calibrates from 45C to 55C. It's nowhere near that hot! How can the sensor be calibrated to true value? i.e 19C?

Arno Did you maybe swapped thermistor and optosensor? I did and when swapping it worked well. RM=thermo GM=opto
