theshedman The springs on the flywheel doctate the speed .. therefore, weaker springs can slow it down to around 70O rpm.

theshedman You don't need ANY rope to start this engine. lol just flick the flywheel just before compression, and away it goes!

theshedman no pulley for rope start is not required. just flick the wheel over the compression stroke in a clockwise direction with your fingers. power take off pulley is provided on the Hall Effect Sensor disc, behind the flywheel.

Q: will it run on gasoline?

theshedman Yes, bit I would ONLY recommend cigarette lighter Petrol, as it burns very clean, with a drop of oil added to lubricate the upper cylinder and the inlet valve.

theshedman Lighter fluid, (petrol) as its very clean burning- with a little oil added to the fuel to lubricate the upper cylinder and valves.

theshedman Yes, same rings- however the ET8 is a Thottle Governed Engine.. NOT A HIT AND MISS!
