Help Please! the item has arrived. my car is Golf 6 model 2010 the adapter is not compatible with the one I received. Can someone please help me with the right adapter I need to buy? . see attached !

Q: does it fit on Golf Mk*****? and the installation will be easy?

BG805744314 I have golf 6 model 2010. It doesn’t fit. I bought canbus but the device works a while and then turn off by itself. I can see its the buttons on the screen lighting but the screen is blank. There is no manual or links to canbus to make it easier for the buyer. I honestly regret buying

would have got a better rating but the plug doesn't for my 2009 VW Caddy. It's advertised as being compatible but isn't. Now I have to wire it manually.
