JasonWW These have been measured from 16K-18k lumen CW and 18k-20k NW. These are FET drivers with double springs and pull some serious amperage. Being direct drive, output can vary based on what battery you use and what led color temp it has.

JasonWW The end charge is 4.2v like any regular 18650. It is also 15 amp continuous, not 40.

JasonWW Yes, you can use that cell, protected or not protected, but you will not get maximum turbo output.
