Q: Why i can't connect with my computer? When plug in, it only show charging. The USB menu point in the settings doesnt work.

yikkkk Are you an Apple phone? If you are an Android phone, you use Bluetooth to connect to your computer to transfer data. This charging cable is only a charging function and cannot transfer data.
