Q: Can you use this VTX without actually buying a flight controller, for example on an airplane?

Raptor13FPV Ifyou will not use the osd feature or you will use a camera that comes with an osd card. If you are going to use it on an airplane, I recommend you to use a heatsink with a fan for cooling because it may get too hot and burn your vtx.
