The price of this laptop is good for what is has to offer. I gave it 5 stars. I gave 3 stars to quality because this product (the one I received) is constantly pressing the down-arrow key. I like to think that this is a factory issue and it only happened to this order. I could return it, but due to Covid19 situation worldwide, it would take a lot of time to process, so I would rather take this hit in my pocket. I gave it 3 stars to appearance because this product (the one I received) has some scratches in the right corner, above the keyboard. This is most likely from factory, and has nothing to do with shipment, because outside box was not damaged. This product came with battery completely discharged. It may be an inconvenience if consumer wishes to use it straight away. For this reason I recommend, after arrival, to first fully charge it, as it boots straight into Windows configuration. Windows comes unistalled, but it exists on drive ready to configure. So at first boot-up, you get to select the English language (default it's in Chinese), and then configure Windows 10 as you desire. Bios is fully unlocked. This was a beautiful surprise. Since laptop's bottom plate is aluminum, consumer can unlock the CPU thermals in bios settings, and insert a 1mm thermal pad above the CPU, to convert the back plate into a thermal heatsink. [If you do this, be extremely careful; I did this as experiment not caring about waranty, since my product was already faulty and could not return it through Covid19 status.] Charger socket is chinese, charging-adaptor is on wire, with a total length of ~2 meters. Do not worry if your country has a different power socket, as sender provides a power socket adaptor for your country. SSD slot is unused. The storage inside laptop is eMMC. I can not recommend this laptop for games, but I do recommend it for browsing web and simple office tasks.

Pros: The product is nice and beautiful. It is not very powerful, but it's good for office work. Cons: The description contains some problems (battery capacity is not 9600mAh but 4600mAh; there are not 2xUSB3.0 but instead are 1xUSB3.0 and 1xUSB2.0).
