BG521145525 There's nothing wrong with the default at 3.3V, a resting voltage of 3.7 or 3.8 can easily drop that low under load and go back up when the load is removed.

BG521145525 for Europeans it might have to do with the tax changes made last year. For everyone else, their shipping costs have probably risen and they need to offset the added expense
