Q: Is this driver suitable for 24vdc pulse signals? ?

Asked by BG224844146 on 2021-06-04 03:37:58

canaverdejose It is marked on the enclosure: 5 V. However, 24 V volts can be cut down to 5 V via a resistor voltage divider.

Q: Can it control speed of 12v 775 motor ?

Asked by BG521161885 on 2021-03-24 01:29:45

canaverdejose No, lt cannot by itself. The motor uses 15 Amp and this module can only deliver 3 Amp.

Q: Can I switch 220V approx. 3A with this device without any problems?

Asked by lonelytrapper on 2021-03-14 11:46:44

canaverdejose The relays are rated @ 20 A 125 VAC, However, if the load is not too inductive, it can switch 220 VAC 3A, but lifetime of the relays will be reduced.

Q: the two phase means 0 and 180 phase angle output?

Asked by pdsburg on 2021-02-24 01:29:38

canaverdejose Two phase means 2 coils on the stator. Coil A and coil B. A two phase bipolar motor has 2 groups of coils. A 4 phase unipolar motor has 4. A 2-phase bipolar motor will have 4 wires - 2 for each phase. Some motors come with flexible wiring that allows you to run the motor as either bipolar or unipolar. Bipolar motors have a single winding per phase. The current in a winding needs to be reversed in order to reverse a magnetic pole, so the driving circuit must be more complicated, typically with an H-bridge arrangement (however there are several off-the-shelf driver chips available to make this a simple affair). There are two leads per phase, none is common. A typical driving pattern for a two coil bipolar stepper motor would be: A+ B+ A− B−. I.e. drive coil A with positive current, then remove current from coil A; then drive coil B with positive current, then remove current from coil B; then drive coil A with negative current (flipping polarity by switching the wires e.g. with an H bridge), then remove current from coil A; then drive coil B with negative current (again flipping polarity same as coil A); the cycle is complete and begins anew.

canaverdejose The set DOES NOT come with a power adaptor. Use a power adapter of 15 to 24 V capable of delivering up to 2 Amps
