Menash yes, it is like connecting directly to your laptop. one thing that I have found is that the sound is much lower when connecting my headset to the hub then connecting it directly to the laptop (tested with the same headset). it is not much issue for listening, but it gives me an issue with the microphone. The microphone signal became very weak so the other side cannot hear me (when i connect my headset directly to my laptop it works fine)

Menash My measurements give 1.8A for 2 meter strip. so it actually around 10.8W per meter

Menash Does not come with wall adapter. You can use it as is for most cases. If your device have usb-c charger you can charge it through the hub.
