Item arrived in good condition. The way i see it, this is an excelent upgrade for the "rep rap ful graphics controller" LCD12864. i would definately go for something better on a new and modern printer but for the older ones, this is a great upgrade adding usb printing to old printers Works with whatever board has the 2 ribbon conectors + 1 serial connector(if you want the touch and usb printing functionality). On older boarrds including ramps, the reset pin (on the black serial cable)will be left loose when installing. + Works with at mega + ramps dual mode - LCD12864 simulation works just fine USB printing in touch screen mode (also has the familair SD card but who needs SD when you have usb support? ) very good price - the touch screen is inferiour to the tft35 series, sometimes multiple clicks are required, finger must be angled at precisely 90 deg when clicking or touchscreen might not pick it up all of the cables are extremely short ~20cm max. They are far too short for my printer, and most lkely for every printer that does not have the display installed directly over the motherboard. If you are uppgrading an old LCD12864, only a longer serial cable will be required, as the 2 ribbon cables can be reused marlin 2.x has issues compiling on windows machines when using the library that this requires (U8). Workarounds are using 1.9x versions of marlin or compiling in ubuntu.

arrived as advertised, nothing speial about the packaging but they were handled with care, no dents or damages Quality wise, there's no play or backlash at all, feels to be decent quality Needs greasing!! quite noisy out of the box(well .. out of the bag), also helps with smoothing out the movement. Very important, as myself, i forgot about this detail. The rail is held in palce using M3 screws, so if you're using it on a 20 x XX profile like i am, it requires M3 bolts + M3 sliding nuts (T nuts) - separate things, they add to the price quite a lot, 500mm rail has around 20 holes, so 20 bolts + 20 nuts if we were to use all of the holes for maximum stability. I suppose you can get away with just 10bolts+nuts/500mm of rail if it is beeing used on a 3d-printer, where the stresses would be smaller than a CNC Blocks also use M3 bolts (for whomever is concerned)

Arrived in great shape. Each lead screw was packed in it's individual plastic tube. The "straightest" lead screws i ever ordered. I'm very pelased with them P.S. - antibacklash nuts require reinstalling, they are on the rod already but do not pair, need to be taken off and reinstalled, easy enough job Less than 2 weeks delivery to RO,and package was not bent or dented at all, the couriers handled it with care. thumbs up

arrived as advertised and in good condition. tested it and it works. Did not install it on a machine yet, just wanted to see everything was ok out of the box. It is more silent than expected. motor wiring doesn't inspire much confidence though, seems thin to me ... It's powered at the plug (220v) but has no ground on the psu connection... did not notice before ordering, not sure if normal/safe real tests after i get to run it 4 stars for quality mostly because of the price, first impresion thumbs up for shipping, it was fast and the goods were not damaged at all

arrived in surprisingly good condition, no dents no scratches. Honestly, it looks and feels a lot better than the 2040 profile i sourced locally. Thumbs up, will be ordering more soon
