Solaire12345 Did you remove protection foil from display? This foil is very well sealed and and almost invinsible on display edges.
Q: Can i connect 3 pin plug to this socket?

Solaire12345 I use Somat "All in 1 extra tablets" and with Eco program it did great job on coffee cups, forks, spoons, plates. I think detergent quality is important so try different types to find one which has the best washing/cost ratio. Don't use short program for dirty cutlery because 29 washing cycle is 12 min of washing and 17 min of rinsing (washing is not long enough for heavy dirt).
