Q: is this dielectric, does it conduct electric? will it cause short circuit if use on electrical terminals?

eeenok you probably shouldn't rely on it being electically conductive OR non-conductive. basically it's non-conductive, but if your work is critical or high-voltage a mica sheet etc is more reliable than glue

Overall the product works as describe. Good product from Eachine but please focus on product QC also. Just minor problem in the design of the buttons which need to improve as you cannot feel them when using goggles.
