hoshiro HiWhat parts were missing? I did not find the screws/screwdrivers, SD card and belt in my package.

The printer came with UK plug, with missing hardware and with broken extrusion tube. I contacted support asking for partial reimbursement for the expenses I had to face to solve these problems and the support never responded to my request. Despite this, the printer now works fine.
