BillW50 It's a phone you wear as a watch known as a standalone smart watch. It isn't like the common smart watch that looks for a phone to communicate with.

BillW50 If you are referring to tracking your sleep, then no. Healthwise it just tracks: steps, heart rate, and blood oxygen.

BillW50 No, Just selectable from 30 seconds, 1, 2, 5, 10, and 30 minutes. It does stay on if you are watching a video though.
