Lisa L The 7824 is not included... it it optional... There is no need to Correct... Consider it a bonus to add when you get more proficient in electronics.

Lisa L Their are 3 MultiTurn TrimPots... You can find the values of them by looking on the top of them... you will see a number similar to 103, 104 301, etc. those numbers are the value for example 103 is 10,000 Ohm... 301 would be 300 Ohm, 104 would be 100,000 Ohm... You should replace them with "MultiTurn" Potentiometers, if you have the "Skill" to replace them. You can allways carefully take each one out carefully, remembering where you took them out, and Ohm each one out with your meter.. if you do not know how to do this, you are not qualified to do this.

Lisa L 60 Volt is the max input.. Four -18 volt panels in Series, is over the 60 volt max input...
