Bubba If the brass is melting to your iron, your iron is way too hot for delicate electronic components.

wanted to switch from wet sponge to one of these for quite some time. finally ordered one and used it for the first time. i am disappointed. the brass sponge doesn't seem to be quality or the correct material. my tip comes out of the cleaner with brass caked all over it and with strands pulling out of the holder stuck to my iron. i did not let the tip linger in the sponge. i felt uncomfortable

Bubba Sounds to me like you're suffering from a voltage drop when you throttle up your motors. Motors draw more current when throttled up, voltage drops if current draw on batteries is closer to or higher than C rating. Try batteries with higher C rating. It might help.

Bubba DHL hand-off to USPS loses a couple of days. Makes US delivery slow.

Works perfect for frequencies under about 500k, gets progressively more distortion from 500k to 1MHz. Unstable after 1 MHz Works great for my audio and lower frequency applications. Nice little color LCD display.
