ZeroTS Ifyouhavn't already find the solution, you can download the new instruction manual on artillery website. That explain the new spool holder system. They changed the old one so it's normal you don't have thoose metallic tubes. (I hope my english is not so bad)

Bonjour, Commande reçu mais incomplète. Il manque 2 axes ainsi que leurs vis ce qui rend la machine inutilisable pour le moment.. Merci de faire le nécessaire Ci joint une photo du livré de montage avec les éléments manquant encadrés en rouge. Cordialement

Unfortunately, the two metal bars that go inside the filament wheel rollers are missing. otherwise it looks ok. I haven't tried the printer yet. how can i get these missing pieces?

ottimo prodotto , arrivato ben imballato , e due giorni prima del previsto . stampante silenziosa quattro stelle perché all interno della confezione mancavano due aste per sostenere il filamento
