garysh ok I just went to the local park and flew the spirit, it flies well with the CofG in the build instructions, although it could be nose heavy. I used a 45g 2s 800mah battery all the way forward, I used this motor https://hobbyking.com/en_us/ax-1806n-2100kv-brushless-micro-motor-19g.html with a 5.5x4.5 prop, about 4mm of reflex is a starting point and 5mm on aileron and elevator had it flying for me. Comfortably cruises at 1/2 throttle but bleeds energy in tight turns.

On arrival is was noticeable that the colour wasn't as vibrant as shown, the rest was good.
