Ajjax5389 Update on my previous comment. This one [I ordered a total of 8] works as well as the previous one I installed. A great controller for the money working well out of the box. For non-way point mission flying it is one of the best in my opinion. It flies totally locked and has very fine stick response. The slightest stick input even when stabilized initiates a change unlike some other unnamed FC software. The stabilization is highly effective with fast gyro's that work hard in absolute extreme conditions to keep the plane level and relatively smooth. Being able to trim in flight should I desire without disrupting stabilization, although heading hold requires trims to be centered. It gives a vertical relativity display for AS/GS making it almost instinctive to pinpoint wind direction, when the numbers are level there is no wind affecting speed, just watch the AS number climb physically higher up the bar graph to show you are entering a headwind and vice versa. It has a pretty good direction algorithm to calculate crosswind offset, both for RTH and direction navigation. It will steer the required offset to counter lateral drift and create the most efficient and direct course home without ballooning out. And the last point I'd like to make is that it doesn't lose altitude in RTH until near home position and has saved me many times, often using the above correction to keep the plane on track in narrow valleys with crosswinds. It doesn't lose altitude in RTH until near home position and has saved me many times, often using the above correction to keep the plane on track. Is it perfect? Of course not but it delivers quite a punch of the price for a fairly basic, limited FC. It delivers for my kind of flying.
