LeGlaude I dont now if it's possible.No connection to any sort of interface. For FM radio, you can easily use a TEA5767 or SI4703 module.

Q: Convertion to I2C, what should the resistor values be, it does not say on the back of the PCB, just say remove/add.

Q: Why don't you make this compatable with Linux OS? Why just micro$oft?

LeGlaude Youcan use led-badge-11x44.py under Linux. It works very well !
