Q: as the tablet does not support OTA update which means it will not get Android 12 and higher ?

BrandonsaysStop It doesn't support OTA, but I am fairly sure that you can sideload or manually update it provided you have the rom img.

BrandonsaysStop you should try contacting customer service. This option asks the question to others who bought it. Having said that, it sounds like a pairing problem and the manual should help you with it.
