mybkm Yes, it supports Hotstar. But Jio tv is not supported.

Q: I can see AAA battery icons at the back? does it support AAA batteries also? if yes, how to fit in ?

mybkm It is in two configuration. One for rechargeable battery other for AAA cell. You can not put AAA in rechargeable one as there is no connection for AAA cell.

mybkm Not at all useful. Volume is so less that you have to put it at maximum to hear. Total wastage of money. Do not buy any model, all r same.
