Q: Does the product support HDMI CEC

Q: Is there any difference between HDMI and HDMI Arc? I tried to connect to my laptop with a normal HDMI Cable and it's not working. Also (which would be even more important), I tried to connect to my Projector (Blitzwolf VP9) and same, not working. Blouetooth connection is not good on the projector, also i tried with the cable included (aux) and nothing. Anybody could help me please?

ianpav There is no difference, except that the channel is controlled together with the TV via the HDMI ARK.

Q: The 120W output power is RMS or PMPO?

Q: IT was not a plastic anchors in set. what's i should do?

ianpav I don 't either . The model has changed a bit . The power is inside, not with an adapter. You put the dowels, screw the screw almost to the end and hang it up.
