Q: Does this endmill work on Aluminum and Steel?

Morechaostheory Yes, but might be overkill. I use these for stainless steel. For Steel and Aluminium, I recommend the HSS Drill Pro Wave Milling cutters. They work great for me and are bit cheaper.
