Q: Can the ESC be flashed with the latest BLHeli firmware, so Turtle Mode and motor beeping can be used?

Gil There is no receiver in this one, you will have to add your own.

Q: im assuming this is an upgrade for the UR65? stock motors give me a good 2mins flight with 255mah. upping the kv will shorten the flight even more.

Gil Try upgrading the battery connector on the UR65, they wear down.
