Q: Dear seler i get the infrared sensors but i don't want to use them in arduano card ,i want to use them wark 5 volt relay is it posibel if yes ,how? thenks for your answer

monzonh2003 yesit is posible, but you need a driver for relay, you could use a transistor , or a ic like uln2803.there are a lot of drivers ,you will neeed to know the current in the relay
