Pejell Idid much the same, waiting to see if they have integrity or not. I find myself looking less and less to China for things I'd like to save on. Turns out it is so much better to spend a bit more and get quality and reliability.

Pejell Yes it has both scales. Mine is accurate too. I've tried a couple of rulers from them and this one is the first accurate one.
