Q: Good evening. Can this item be supplied without Windows 10, and preferably with Ubuntu Linux installed instead?

Grorx It is a bare bones PC. that means it doesn't come with an OS, memory or hard drive/ssd. You have to buy, install these yourself. That is why it is cheap. Look at the other ads for mini pc's with this processor and showing memory, OS and SSD. More like $400 - $1000 +
