Q: Sonoff rf switch are they double pole, so both wires interrupted?

aurelian both L and N wires pass through de device , so that it can be actually powered itself. but I imagine only the live wire is cut off by the relay, while the neutral is a clean pass tbrough regardless of the relay state (on or off). that is why the connections are labeled and you must put the wires in accordingly, which is a bit tricky in most EU contries, as the live wire is not automatically determined by the plug socket combination as in UK or france

aurelian are you an american or something? if you choose 1 pcs, you get 8 plugs, only for the usa residents.

Q: Can I connect an usb-c/displayport adapter?

aurelian you cannot connect a display to the usb-c port, it is data only

aurelian I don.t know about digoo specifically, but I was able to connect some smoke sensors that were not branded blitzwolf. you can buy one pcs only to test the compatibility and the order the entire set you need
