Q: how many motors can we control

Asked by creation and tech with in on 2018-10-14 04:16:26

Griddlockk This part is meant for controlling two DC motors or a single 4-phase stepper motor. You would be better with an actual stepper driver for stepper motors, though. This is best for DC motors, as long as the current doesn't have to exceed 1.5 amps. I have had trouble with 12V motors not getting enough power through this because it limits the current.

Griddlockk You have it set to a mode where that is the normal function. The jumper that is on the three pins in the corner can be moved to change the modes. You can connect the left-center, or right-center, or leave the jumper off. Those are the three modes.

Griddlockk Yes, you can do that. There are three modes for the board, controlled by the jumper pins in the corner by the program button. There are three pins, and you can connect the center+left, or center+right, or leave the jumper off. Those are the three modes. One of the modes makes the relays lock on, but only one relay at a time. As a note, if the power to the board is off, all relays are off. When you give power to the board, it doesn't remember what relay was on last, and it leaves them all off until you push a button on the transmitter. After that, there will always be one of the relays on, until you turn off power to the board again.

Q: Can a smartphone be used as monitor?

Asked by sbouju on 2019-11-04 06:32:50

Griddlockk Not directly. The feed from this camera is compatible with the Video In RCA plug on TV monitors (yellow plug). You would need an entire module for converting the video feed into data, and then have an app on your phone to view the data. Just buy a webcam instead.

Griddlockk This is a momentary switch; the circuit will be closed only for as long as you hold the button.
