Q: Don't understand 3 wire hookup, I will measure 42v

chagrin To get the (3) I received to measure voltage, Red and Yellow (both) to (+), Black to (-) shows 4.15 (voltage). Red (+), Black (-) shows 000. Yellow (+), Black (-), Nothing happens.
