Crazyeddie You can set an alarm if the rate is too high. It does not analyze heart rhythms such as atrial fibrillation or V-tach. It is only the rate, with the ability to notify if it is faster that the rate you set the alarm for.

Crazyeddie The device is allowed in the market in countries that do not protect their citizenry from bogus products. The USA does not allow this product to be used for treatment of blood sugar because the accuracy is not within FDA guidelines.

Crazyeddie The light has three XPL LEDs that are normally cool white for maximum Lumen output. Neutral White(usually a Nichia 219b or 219c)are not offered as an option for this light from here.

Q: what is the different between 21700 or 18650 battery? which one is better?

Crazyeddie The numbers indicate the size of the cells:The recommended 21700 cell is 21 mm wide by 70mm high(0 means it is a cylindrical shape. This is the larger of the two batteries and while both may be used, the 21700 provides the longest runtime. An 18650 cell is 18 mm wide, 65 mm high and again 0=a cylindrical shaped Battery.
