Q: What wire gauge should I use for the battery connector and the ESC connector?

RS2VN Depends on the ESC and battery C. To be on the safe side use the same as it is on the ESC. If there is none, 14 AWG would be OK in most cases.

Q: Can i use uart 3 for crossfire? Does it work with uart 3? I am able to use betaflight and set up crossfire etc. I need to know if it is possible to connect crossfire in uart 3?

RS2VN basically UART 3 is vacant and should work. I suggest that you follow the schematics and connect crossfire to UART 6. Use UART 3 for VTX (smart audio or IRC Trump).
