okutkan Frequency range fot this radio is in amateur radio band. So you'll need a amateur/ham radio license

okutkan Its a radio. You have to push to talk on a radio. You can not make conference calls on radio. Everyone can speak at he same time but it will not be understandable.

Q: how do I tune CB channels on this radio? it doesn’t appear to operate in this frequency range.

okutkan You can not tune this radio to CB frequencies. This radio only works on VHF: 136MHz-174MHz (Rx/Tx) UHF: 400MHz-520MHz (Rx/Tx) Please check your local regulations before transmitting with this radio. In most countries you need Amateur Radio License to use this frequencies .
