Q: Does it measure DC with the clamp

Lindsay It tries to measure DC amps with the clamp, but the measurement is unreliable and always different. As for DC voltage, that is measured with the probes.

Q: Is it has probe 1x or 10x and can can it be use for view AC 230V waveform?

Lindsay The thing has no case -so using it on 230V is a little dangerous.
