Gave this 5* because it doesn't give you the option to give Zero stars. When I get new batteries I always plug them in to my cell checker, this battery didn't even show a reading (dead pack). It won't show the cell voltage or take a charge. I have therefore requested a replacement or refund, but despite submitting photos of the battery, box it came in and it plugged into the cell checker showing this fault I have still been asked to submit more evidence! I have made videos of this being plugged into the cell checker but am unable to submit the videos on there site as they won't send, it just keeps buffing! Tried phoning but they don't answer, then tried the 24/7 help line but no joy! If I don't get this sorted by the end of this week then I'm done with banggood this might be why the items are cheap because the customers service is shit. If you do decide to shop with them make sure you use Paypal because its looking like the only way your going to get your money back. If there customers services was any good then they should now answer to this Review 😤
